Terms of Service
- The client will NOT send money to the artist until the commission is accepted and approved by the artist. Once commission is approved, payment must be given upfront and in full via PayPal or Cashapp.- The artwork can take from a few days to a few weeks, depending on the complexity of the pieces and how many clients the artist has at the time. The client will be contacted if there are any delays. However, the artist will offer quick turnaround times to the best of their ability. The artist's average longest turnaround time is a week for simple projects, and a month for complex pieces.- The client may request specific art styles as long as it is within the artist’s capabilities.- After a sketch is done, the client will be shown the WIP ( Work in progress ). The client may ask for any changes with the work at this time, and the final product will be adjusted as requested.- The client may request a refund at any point. However, if the client cancels the commission after the sketching process, the client will be refunded only 50% of the paid price. In cases that the artist takes an unreasonable amount of time to finish a commission ( Ex. Over a month for a piece that usually takes a week or less ) The client is entitled to a full refund.- The artist can refuse service to any client for any reason.- NSFW is allowed as long as the client is 18+ and can prove they are of age. In order to prove the client's age, they will be asked to fill out a google form, where they will provide their ID ( With all sensitive information blocked out except for the date of birth )
